Donna has a passion for diversity and inclusion and enjoys working with clients to ensure they are supported and advised on their diversity and inclusion agenda, which often includes recruitment practices and processes. Donna is an active member of Inclusive Employers and has completed numerous webinars, seminars and workshops including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, disability in recruitment and neurodiversity.

Donna passed her CMI Level 6 qualification Leading Equality and Diversity and Managing Organisational Culture in 2021.
