About Leaders Plus
At Leaders Plus, we work with those who believe in equality and want to drive change. The Leaders Plus Fellowship is an award-winning career development programme helping businesses engage and retain talented parents by becoming a top employer. By supporting employees to continue advancing their senior careers with a healthy and productive work-life balance, the fellowship is open to anyone with caregiving responsibilities and maintains their ambitious professional goals.
We know 82% of women in the UK have children by the time they are 45 and unfortunately, are disproportionately affected when starting a family. The Leaders Plus Fellowship programme is a significant positive step towards addressing the gender gap in senior leadership and positioning companies on the right side of this much needed change.
