I have recruited several members of staff for short term positions from TPP over the last year or so and currently have 3 working in my team. We use TPP because they’re reliable and fast, and have responded to every challenge we’ve put to them. The customer service has been second to none, they’ve always taken the time to ensure they completely understand not only the type of candidate we’re looking for, but also the challenges we’re facing as an organisation, so that they can put the best candidates in front of us. Having candidates screened initially by TPP removes a lot of the stress, streamlines the process, and critically saves us time (when time is always in short supply in the kinds of fast paced roles we cover). The particular challenges we faced were high turn over of staff and lack of motivation in the role – we’d been recruiting more traditionally looking for candidates who already had some experience in the kinds of roles we were advertising but were struggling with retention. TPP suggested we recruit more based on personality and attributes than specific job experience, and we’ve since had multiple temporary staff go on to become permanent members of staff and valuable members of the team – we wouldn’t be where we are today without them.
