Temporary Supporter Administration Role - Start ASAP

Are you experienced with Raiser's Edge and ready to make a difference during a busy and impactful season? We're recruiting for a Supporter Administrator to join a non-profit organisation during their peak time leading up to Christmas. This is a temporary role based in Central London, with remote working available after the first two weeks. Offering £16.58 per hour, this assignment is for approximately 2-3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing database activity with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance and streamlined processes.
  • Supporting the creation of robust Raiser's Edge workflows for stewardship and reporting.
  • Handling supporter queries and ensuring all communications are professional and timely.
  • Assisting with financial processes, including donation batching, Gift Aid submissions, and invoicing.
  • Preparing data reports for finance reconciliations and campaign analysis.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, including importing, batching, and reporting.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with financial processes.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Expereince required:

  • Proficiency in Raiser's Edge or simular CRM, including importing, batching, and reporting.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with financial processes.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
