Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a talented Senior Performance Marketing Officer to join a leading Marketing team at one of the most well-known children's charities.

Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Officer
Charity Type: Children's
Salary depending on location.
Central London: £35,500 to £39,900
Fully remote: £32,200 - £36,500
Contract Length: 12 months

Your Role:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet our ambitious objectives and income targets. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with their Marketing and Planning team to drive their paid marketing strategy forward and maximise engagement and income for the charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, monitor, and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise engagement and income.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Lead projects and collaborate with colleagues to develop SMART campaign briefs.
  • Utilise campaign tracking basics and work with data teams to review and improve performance.
  • Line manage a Performance Marketing Officer.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Manage budgets and deliver objectives on time.


Requirements:

  • Substantial experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships within and outside the organisation.
  • Some experience in line management preferred.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing work requirements.
  • Initiative and creativity to achieve desired outcomes.
