Job Title: Senior Individual Giving and Legacies Executive
Industry: Health charity
Salary: £38,000 to £39,000
Location: Central London (1 day per week in office)
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid working (flexible options available)
Contract: Fixed-term until 31 March 2025

As the Senior Individual Giving and Legacies Executive, you'll manage and grow a range of crucial income streams that support the life-changing work of this charity. Your focus will be on:

• Developing Legacy and Payroll Giving Programmes: You'll enhance our supporter engagement strategy to maximise contributions through legacy gifts and payroll donations.
• Stewardship and Donor Engagement: Working with the Supporter Engagement Officer, you'll ensure every donor feels valued by crafting engaging donor journeys and delivering inspiring communications.
• Leading Multi-Channel Fundraising Campaigns: You'll plan, deliver, and review campaigns, including our annual Christmas appeal, ensuring they comply with all relevant fundraising regulations.

What they're Looking For:

• Experience in Individual Giving or Legacy Fundraising
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations, including data protection and compliance
• Strong copywriting skills for engaging diverse audiences
• Project management expertise, with excellent organisation skills
• A passion for working collaboratively, both internally and externally
• Confident using CRM systems and analysing data to drive informed decisions.
