This is an exciting time to join them as we launch a new supporter mobilisation strategy aimed at transformative growth. As their Senior Income & Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing this strategy.

As their Senior Income & Engagement Officer, you will:

• Develop and deliver individual giving fundraising campaigns, increasing supporter engagement and unrestricted income.
• Lead their legacy programme and manage the Income & Engagement Assistant to deliver exceptional supporter care.
• Collaborate with the Digital Engagement Officer and other team members to maximise campaign strategies.
• Drive supporter acquisition, retention, and development through innovative multi-channel campaigns.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to their mission of global justice.

The experience they are looking for:

• Significant experience in managing individual giving campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excel in developing fundraising strategies and meeting income targets.
• Proven ability to meet fundraising targets and enhance digital income streams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using supporter databases and online giving platforms.
