What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships: Engage with local businesses, schools, and community groups to secure financial support.
- Developing fundraising initiatives: Lead creative campaigns and activities to drive donations.
- Managing a team: Support a Community Fundraiser and volunteers to maximise regional fundraising.
- Working collaboratively: Partner with colleagues across fundraising, operations, and trading teams to grow support.
- Achieving targets: Deliver an annual income of £105,000 through key fundraising streams.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have experience in community fundraising or relationship side of fundraising.
- Love networking and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Can develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
- Are a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with diverse audiences.
- Are highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven.
