Job title: HR Advisor (Learning & Advisor)
Contract type: Temporary, 4 - 8 week

Location: A short walk from Tower Hill station

Hours: Full time - 35 hours a week

Pattern of work: Hybrid 2/3 days office based

Salary: £18 - £21 an hour + holiday pay

Are you an experienced Learning and Development experience with a passion for the education sector?

Do you have a passion for developing and upskilling individuals? If so then this HR Advisor role is the right role for you.

Working for one of England's largest and most prestigious education institutions, you will work in a wider HR team and support in the delivery of an effective L&D strategy across the institution.

Reporting to the HR Manager your day to day duties will include;

  • Facilitate the Learning and Development function by organising company wide training, one to one training sessions, sourcing training suppliers
  • Review and develop the annual training plan
  • Tracking the learning and development budget tracker
  • Draft and publish Learning and Development communications including newsletters
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and organising relevant training needs
  • Coordinating learning events, including conferences
  • To lead on Employee Recognition Awards and maintain the budget tracker
  • Lead on induction of new starters

The skills you will bring to the role of HR Advisor (Learning and Development) will include;

  • Knowledge and experience of leading on learning and development
  • Prior experience in similar role
  • Great and clear communications with the ability to manage various stakeholders including line managers, new starters, and external training providers
