Our client is a dynamic organisation dedicated to ensuring that individuals dealing with health challenges, along with their families, get the support they need to thrive, not just survive.

We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team and support their mission. In this position, you'll provide efficient and proactive administrative support to directors and trustees, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and the delivery of the charity’s mission.

Working arrangements: Hybrid  1-2 days in the office

As the Executive Assistant, you'll have the chance to work closely with senior leaders, manage complex schedules, and support critical initiatives.

You'll also play a vital role in coordinating meetings, managing diaries, preparing documentation, and ensuring effective communication within the organisation. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts.
  • Organise travel arrangements for Directors.
  • Maintain and organise team documentation, files, and resources.
  • Assist in organising team events and meetings, including action/note taking.
  • Provide general assistance to the team and handle ad hoc requests.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Team Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • High levels of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Professional communication for liaising with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in preparing documentation and tracking actions.
