Direct Marketing Executive - Acquisition

Working as Direct Marketing Executive for this national health charity you will support the Direct Marketing Manager in driving growth through their acquisition campaigns. You will manage a variety of marketing channels including digital, email, social media, direct mail, telemarketing, and SMS, focusing on one-off donations, regular giving, sponsorship products, and lottery.

- London office: £32,600 to £35,000
- Remote: £27,200 to £29,600
Location: London or Remote

As a Direct Marketing Executive, you will:

• Oversee acquisition campaigns from concept to evaluation.
• Work with data teams to utilise supporter profiling effectively.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
• Collect and analyse KPIs, trends, and results for reporting.
• Partner with the Content team to create engaging acquisition products and communications.
• Assist in shaping the direct marketing acquisition strategy by highlighting trends and developing new products.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a third sector direct marketing role and managing national or regional campaigns.
• Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with fundraising databases, digital marketing tools, and compliance regulations.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
