TPP are recruiting an Committee and Trainee Services Coordinator on behalf of our client, a Royal College.
The Role:As the Committee and Trainee Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating various committees and steering groups within their Training programme.
Main responsibilities: - Providing general adhoc admin support on the training programme
- Deliver the highest level of customer service on all queries
- Guide and participate in discussions with various offices and teams
- Keep accurate records, monitor and improve data integrity
- Provide comprehensive committee support: agendas, minutes, coordinating meetings
- Monitor member attendance and contribution to committee work
Requirements:- Experience providing secretarial support to committees: agendas, minutes, etc
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrable experience working to tight deadlines and varying workloads
- Significant experience in a busy customer facing environment
- Proficient in meeting coordination and arranging
- Ability to take ownership of your own workload
