Donovan Whittaker volunteered with London Southbank University, advising students on their CVs and LinkedIn accounts.
Matt Adams, Divisional Manager at TPP, is the Chair of local community charity Hardie Park.
Sophie Butler, Sarah O'Hara, Penny Raven, Gemma Hannington, Donovan Whittaker, Rita Iabrudi and Veronica Chandler joined in with The Big Help Out. They volunteered at the Royal Docks with MSSC (Marine Society & Sea Cadets) to help tidy up their site, paint, clean boats and provide all round support to help enable activity.
Frederick Hillinger is currently a Trustee for Reach Out for Mental Health, an Essex based mental health charity that support people experiencing suicidal thoughts.
Rachel volunteers for The Matthew Project once per month, serving tea and coffee for recovering addicts.
She also volunteers at a "Community Hot Spot" coffee morning for the elderly and vulnerable at her local church.
Rita volunteers every Monday evening feeding the homeless and people with substance abuse issues. She also sources her own meals and extras to give away including clothes, dog food, tents, etc.
Employees at TPP regularly take part in events, activities and challenges to raise money for charities close to their hearts.
Jo Hodge, our Head of Marketing, participated in the Macmillan Norfolk Coast Mighty Hike with a group of friends. Walking a full marathon along the Norfolk coast (including about 4 miles of shingle), Jo raised over £600 for Macmillan.
Veronica and her family took part in a 3k Race for Life Marathon in Victoria Park, in dedication to family members and friends that unfortunately lost their lives to cancer and also to those who are still battling.
Together they raised over £800 in donations made by wonderful supporters.
At TPP, our principles guide everything we do and our people are committed to driving them through every aspect of our business.
As part of our commitment to non-profit and public sector organisations, we set up a TPP Giving Back programme, offering various additional free services to non-profit organisations.
In 2022 we published over 179 volunteer roles on the
TPP website because we know how hard it can be to find those all important volunteers that are essential in helping your organisation.
Altogether Better D&I Workshop: Culture Add vs Culture Fit - Invite only. As part of our commitment to giving back to the non-profit sector, we are hosting a workshop to allow peer networking.
By applying for an inclusive recruitment grant, you could be gifted with support in the form of a financial grant, up to the value of £5,000, to spend on a new, exclusive recruitment campaign.
