The British Horse Society (BHS) approached TPP Recruitment to tender for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Trustee to join their Board and Chair an EDI Advisory group. TPP were carefully selected and ran a comprehensive search campaign, successfully appointing an EDI specialist.
The National Youth Agency (NYA) approached TPP Recruitment in January 2022 to tender for a recruitment campaign to recruit a Trustee/ NYA Board (with this specific Trustee role also Chairing the Education Training and Standards (ETS) Committee).
In January 2020, we were approached by ETF to support with a large recruitment project. ETF had been awarded a contract by the Department for Education and needed to grow substantially to deliver to the contract. We were appointed as the sole recruitment partner to support with the delivery of this campaign.
A retained campaign is where you engage the services of TPP as the sole consultancy managing all aspects of the assignment, including marketing (advertising and information pack/microsite ensuring an approach that complements your diversity and inclusion strategy), search (headhunting and networking) and finally, selection (enhanced assessment by TPP Consultants through a combination of competency, strength and potential-based interview questions designed specifically for your role).
The Retained Search fee is a fixed amount agreed with the client upfront. Unlike contingency recruitment, the fee is usually payable in three equal instalments as detailed below:
