As part of TPP’s commitment and ongoing EDI journey we are pleased to have achieved the RNIB Visibly Better quality standard, actively demonstrating to potential candidates that TPP is an inclusive employer for people with sight loss. The assessment covered six fundamentals including advertising vacancies, recruitment packs, staff training, interview process, adjustments, career development and promotion.
