As part of TPP’s commitment and ongoing EDI journey we are pleased to have achieved the RNIB Visibly Better quality standard, actively demonstrating to potential candidates that TPP is an inclusive employer for people with sight loss. The assessment covered six fundamentals including advertising vacancies, recruitment packs, staff training, interview process, adjustments, career development and promotion. We would like to thank the staff at RNIB for their support in achieving this, it is always great to achieve recognition that supports our goals of attracting diverse talent to TPP.

As an inclusive recruiter we always strive to eliminate barriers that may stand in the way of people securing and retaining fulfilling work so are extremely proud of this nomination.

TPP are members of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the only professional body dedicated to representing the whole of the recruitment industry.

We are also a member of the REC Healthcare Services Sector Group, which includes Nursing and Social Workers.

We are delighted to be corporate partners of the Charities HR Network (CHRN).​

CHRN promotes improved standards of HR services within national organisations in the voluntary, charitable, and not for profit sector. Through meetings, resources and networking it enables its members to increase their own knowledge and aid their own development whilst sharing information with other members.​

We look forward to working with the CHRN and supporting its members through events and resources on recruitment and retention, including challenges faced by organisations and job seekers, diversity and inclusion and market updates.

We are delighted to announce that TPP have become the latest Partner of the RiF Handbook. TPP have been a supporter of the valuable work of the RiF committee for several years and we are proud to continue that support through this valuable digital resource.

“REC Audited” is a robust non-sector specific audit package that validates recruitment agencies’ compliance with industry legislation and best practice. This comprehensive audit now goes much further than just compliance, requiring agencies to operate best practice in areas such as customer service, staff development, diversity and client management.

TPP are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for Best Small Employer for the Working Families Best Practice Awards 2022.​

Working Families’ Best Practice Awards showcase and celebrate employers who are offering flexibility for all their people and going above and beyond in their support for parents and carers. 

We are extremely proud of our commitment to providing true flexibility for our staff and this is confirmation of our efforts.

As part of the Disability Confident scheme, we offer first-round interviews to candidates who declare having a disability, provided they meet the minimum criteria for the role, as demonstrated on their CV (we will of course consider other formats if preferred for example a video recording).

We are so proud of what we have already achieved as an organisation that strives to make a more inclusive workforce and this acknowledgement is a confirmation of our efforts so far. 

TPP have been awarded the silver payroll giving quality mark for 2021 for the generous payroll contributions by TPP employees. These donations  help support the vital work of non-profit organisations.

The Recruiter Awards is the UK's largest event for the entire recruitment community recognising outstanding achievements by agencies and in-house recruiters.
