Samantha started her recruitment career in 2010 initially as a consultant, progressing up to management following her time at the University of Liverpool where she gained a degree in Sociology. She joined TPP in 2014 as a consultant on the Education and Training team and now manages the Education division. Samantha joined the senior management team in January 2020.

Samantha has successfully placed professionals across the private, public and non-profit sectors from executive search level, through to all levels of contingency recruitment on an interim and permanent basis. Samantha has found her niche in supporting the education sector. Education is integral to the UK economy and plays a pivotal role in a person’s employment and development opportunities, not to mention the wide research that impacts innovations across the world. For Samantha, working in a sector and engaging with candidates that provide such significant social and economic progress is inspiring and rewarding.

Samantha enjoys travel and has been lucky enough to travel extensively across the world. Highlights have included hiking Machu Pichu, camping in the Amazon, and snorkelling the great barrier reef. Her time travelling has opened her eyes to the climate crisis, and she is passionate about supporting environmental causes.
