I fell into the recruitment sector in 2014 after completing work experience within an education recruitment agency after coming out of a customer service role. I started off assisting on a busy desk with resource and compliance, discovered I loved compliance and worked my way up from supporting desks to branches of consultants with both UK & overseas trained staff. I then moved over to infrastructure recruitment, coordinating the onboarding, compliance, and payroll of the workforce. I joined TPP as Compliance & Data Officer working within the Central Support team function.

Why did you join TPP? 

When I read the job description, the principles, culture, and causes stood out, and firstly I applied for my own development having always wanted to work within the non-profit sector. Within 12hrs I had spoken with Nicky and set up an interview. The process was so smooth and after I met with Tracey & Russell, I knew I wanted to work within the forward thinking, inclusive environment that TPP has, whilst partnering with some fantastic organisations. It makes me proud to be a part of it.

Your greatest achievement? 

So far... Even though we didn’t notice the amount of work it would need when we put an offer in, I would say being able to call myself a homeowner and having our own little piece of the world.

Unusual fact? 

I am a fluent Spanish speaker who lets anyone that will listen know about it, and I love to sing!

Favourite film or book?

My favourite film would probably have to be Pulp Fiction, but Blues Brothers always makes me smile.
