Joe has over 18 years’ experience working in the charity recruitment sector. Initially starting his recruitment career working in-house for a charity fundraising call centre, Joe was responsible for onboarding large volumes of staff. He then moved into agency recruitment staying within the charity sector recruiting primarily for telephone and street fundraisers whilst managing a small team of recruiters. Initially starting TPP as an Associate Consultant, Joe joined the marketing team utilising his knowledge of the charity recruitment sector by supporting with social media and marketing campaigns.
Why did you join TPP?
I was attracted by the level of investment that TPP clearly gave to developing their staff. It was also evident from the interview process that TPP was a genuinely ethical organisation who would always do the right thing over what would benefit them directly which stood out from other recruitment consultancies.
Unusual fact?
I have appeared as an extra in several Hollywood films, TV shows and adverts.
Favourite film or book?
The Matrix.
Tea or coffee?
Definitely tea! I don't like coffee at all!
