Diane has worked within the recruitment industry for over 25 years up to senior management level and has recruited staff into the private, public and third sectors. Diane's role is to help develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are receiving the best possible service and value for money and getting the most out of their relationship with TPP. She is also responsible for obtaining new business opportunities within our core divisions.
Why did you join TPP?
TPP offered the flexible, supportive working environment I was looking for where I could both use my recruitment experience and support the non-profit sector. The client relations offering at TPP is unique for the recruitment sector and I knew it would be a role I would love and jumped at the opportunity. I haven’t been disappointed after all these years at TPP. I am surrounded by colleagues that want the best for each other and I get to work with interesting and inspiring clients on a daily basis.
Your greatest achievement?
Without doubt my 2 children - Isaac and Helina
Unusual fact?
Horses must have a passport in the UK, regardless of whether they travel abroad!
